HuRes Healthcare delivers products across India. International shipping may be available upon request.

- Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and delivery location.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated during order confirmation.
- Customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, HuRes Healthcare is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of medical devices and hygiene standards, products sold by HuRes Healthcare are generally not eligible for return or refund once delivered.
Returns or replacements may be accepted only if:

defect.
To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@hureshealthcare.com with the order details and supporting photographs.
Returned products must:

- Be approved by HuRes Healthcare
before being returned.
Once approved and inspected, a replacement or refund (where applicable) will be processed.
